Description 
On Sunday, September 25, 2011, the Arthur Ross Terrace at the American Museum of Natural History will be transformed into an extraordinary outdoor dining room for a four-course sit-down dinner—served family-style at one long, communal table under the stars—featuring best-quality local food prepared by 8 to 12 of the Upper West Side’s most brilliant chefs, all of whom are donating their time and talent, including: Jonathan Benno, Lincoln Missy Robbins, A Voce Ed Brown, Ed’s Chowder House Damian Sansonetti, Bar Boulud John Fraser, Dovetail Bill Telepan, Telepan Michael Lomonaco, Porter House Tom Valenti, Ouest Marc Murphy, Landmarc (list in formation) In addition, pre-dinner walkaround cocktails & tastings will be provided by up to 20 top neighborhood restaurants, including 'Cesca and Cafe Luxembourg. All this is being orchestrated by Outstanding in the Field, an international leader in the farm-to-table movement with a track record of coordinating unique food experiences across the country (see www.outstandinginthefield.com).
