While US Open action heats up on court for finals weekend, the tennis industry will go glam off the court at the premier social event of the US Open, The Legends Ball. Tennis legends, industry executives and VIPs, and celebrity tennis fans will honor the heroes of the game and celebrate its history at the 31ST annual Legends Ball, a stunning event which will benefit the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum in Newport, R.I. More than two doezn HOF'ers will be there including Andre Agassi, Chris Evert, Martina Navratilova, Pam Shriver, Stan Smith and many more. The Legends Ball will feature a tribute to the Tennis Hall of Fame’s Class of 2011 Andre Agassi and Peachy Kellmeyer; as well as the presentation of the Eugene L. Scott Award to Dick Enberg and the Joseph F. Cullman 3rd Award to Campbell’s Soup Company. All proceeds benefit the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum. A silent and live auction is expect to raise over $300,000.
