On Sunday, August 19th, Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel’s extended brunch party, Sea to Sun-Set Sundays, will feature special guest DJ, Tommie Sunshine in addition to Billboard chart topping resident DJ’s Sted-E & Hybrid Heights.
Beginning at 3pm, resident DJ’s will take to the turntables and extend brunch Upstairs an additional five hours offering selections from their regular brunch menu including Brioche French Toast with Blackberry Compote, Kobe Burger with White Cheddar, Avocado & Grilled Onions, Lobster Roll with Tarragon, and a special Sea to Sun Breeze cocktail.
Music by Sea to Sun DJ’s Sted-E & Hybrid Heights, as well as special guest DJ Tommie Sunshine.
An artist, remixer, producer, label owner, DJ, journalist and songwriter, Tommie Sunshine is best known for creating dance remixes to popular, rock and alternative songs for such names as Katy Perry, Good Charlotte, Kelis, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pink, Shiny Toy Guns, Fall Out Boy, The Killers, Avril Lavigne, Amanda Lear, and The Discos Fries, just to name a few, with productions featured in TV/Film and fashion houses such as Versace, Chanel, Xavier Delcour and Jeremy Scott… Rock House, ElectroDiscoPunk & Lo-Fi Dance Pogo is what you can expect from the decks and a full-blown, unpredictable party is what you can expect through the speakers and on the dance floor.
Sted-E & Hybrid Heights are rapidly on the rise of the international Dance Music scene with an array of chart topping remixes and original productions including their current Billboard Dance Club chart hit, ’See U Move’ feat. Mr. V which has just cracked the Top 10 on the chart. The weekly Upstairs at The Kimberly resident DJ's who have recently received the honor of being appointed Billboard chart reporting DJ's, have also been featured by Mixmag and Sirius XM satellite radio.
