The 2nd annual DreamBall After Dark will be held on Thursday, September 27th at Cipriani 42nd Street in support of the Look Good... Feel Better program of the American Cancer Society & Personal Care Products Council.
Look Good...Feel Better is a nationwide program which helps women with the appearance related side effects of cancer treatment. Over the years, the DreamBall's fundraising initiatives have helped thousands of women undergoing chemotherapy and radiation not just look good, but also improve their self esteem and manage their treatment and recovery with greater confidence through workshops covering everything from skin care and makeup application to wig care. Look Good... Feel Better serves over 50,000 women annually in the U.S. alone and is supported by more than 14,000 volunteers. With an estimated 740,000 women expected to be diagnosed with new cancers this year, I hope that you will join me in helping the Look Good…Feel Better program support them in the future!
