Word within the animal kingdom is that Sheen isn’t the most responsible pet owner. This neglect, however, didn’t stop him from spontaneously buying a Chinese Water Dragon in two and a half seconds. Consistent with Sheen’s track record, Hopper Jr. didn’t even come close to beating the record for oldest Chinese Water Dragon.
