During Fashion Week, editors, models, and everyone else in the industry are running around trying to keep up with hectic schedules and jam-packed work days. This doesn't leave them an awful lot of time to explore the amazing cities. As a former model for NYFW, Elettra Wiedemann was very aware of this problem, and decided to create a pop-up restaurant called Goodness. The model enlisted Mario Battali and Allan Allegretti among others to create tasty, healthy dishes in Columbus Circle.  Although the pop-up has only appeared in New York, she intends on expanding into other cities involved in Fashion Week.
