Just last month, Minka Kelly stepped out in LA, showing off lighter locks. It's hard to imagine any hair color looking bad on the actress, so we weren't surprised that she rocked the sunkissed look so naturally. The new hue came courtesy of Tracey Cunningham of Byron & Tracey salon, who shared the first look of Minka's blonde locks via Instagram. Minka replied back, gushing,
