In 2008, Bochert changed her mind about modeling and opened the Marc Jacobs spring show. This marked the beginning of long-running relationship with the designer. Today, many would call her his muse. She has starred in a number of Marc's campaigns and always makes an appearance in his shows. She has since become Marc's assistant.
On her modeling and music careers, Bochert
has said:
"One pays my rent and the other I can't live without so they are both equally important to me."
