Besides having a famous mother (Patti Hearst), and being completely gorgeous, Lydia has modeled in every major publication (for brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Clinique and M.A.C.), has recently been named the new face for Escada fragrance, and designs handbags for Puma. This year she was named supermodel of the year and also made a cameo in the hottest television show of our decade (Gossip Girl). And, she is just beginning her film career!
