Last night, an estimated 4,200 New Yorkers gathered at Bryant Park for the legendary Parisian "flash mob" dinner party, Diner en Blanc. What started in the suburbs of Paris 25 years ago by Aymeric Pasquier's father as a simple picnic, has turned into one of the most elegant dinner parties in over 40 cities around the world. As per usual, the Bryant Park location was revealed at the very last minute and guests brought their own tables, chairs, and food for the all-white dinner party. Check out scenes from last night and read on for our interview with co-founder Aymeric Pasquier.
