The DJ performances were definitely highlights of the event. Following the recent Absolut Nights event in Red Hook, where they enlisted Alvin Risk, Araabmuzik, and the red hot Zedd, Absolut continued with a strong lineup last night headlined by renowned producer and turntablist A-Trak. Following sets from the burgeoning artist Brenmar and UK beatmaker L-Vis 1990, A-Trak hopped on the decks to do what he does best. The crowd was into it, with more dancing taking place than mingling during the hip-hop infused set. Amirah Kassem, Sam Lim, and Alban de Pury were all grooving to the beats, which capped off a night filled with just enough inhibition and eccentricity that would make Warhol proud.
