Last night, Next Step Realty, the Manhattan-based real estate brokerage coming off of its stint as the subject of its namesake ABC Family docu-series, hosted a client event at a new hot spot in NoHo - 310 Bowery. First Republic Bank & Handy sponsored the event, which benefited Habitat for Humanity NYC. Next Step CEO & Forbes 30 under 30 entrepreneur, Blair Brandt, spoke briefly at the event, where attendees mingled and took photographs with the Cast of "Next Step Realty: NYC".
According to The Real Deal, Next Step's "campus to keys approach aims to seamlessly guide recent grads through their move" to New York City, while the firm also recently received positive reviews from Nantucket Magazine who described Next Step as offering a "gratifying experience to an otherwise under-served annual wave of new renters, and nailing it with a 90% customer satisfaction rate."
