This past Thursday, New York's most stylish moms flocked to Spring Café Aspen for a gorgeous Mother's Day fête.

The restaurant's founder Sabrina Rudin hosted the chic affair alongside close friend Anastasia Ganias-Gellin, with the afternoon soirée also acting as a celebration of her brand Fancy Peasant's cult favorite olive oil, made from hand picked olives, sourced on a single-estate in Greece.

Guests including Eden Grinshpan, Maria Duenas Jacobs, Carolyn Angel, Violet Gaynor and more, were treated to an array of colorful fresh pressed juices, and a delicious organic, vegetarian feast spread out across the tables, chicly adorned with Goldie Home Sunbeam Napkins and florals by Robert Pesky, featuring a number of Spring Café Aspen's new spring menu items from chickpea shakshuka to coconut pancakes.

In keeping with the event's theme of friendship, a generous donation was made in each guest's name to World Central Kitchen, which is currently working to provide critical meal support to refugees fleeing Ukraine.
