The fashion flock got extra festive on Tuesday for the epic unveiling of this year's holiday windows and light show at Saks Fifth Avenue's New York Flagship.
The newly designed display features dynamic lighting and vibrant LEDs that illuminate from within the windows and coordinate with the light show on the building’s façade. As part of the retailer's holiday partnership with the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Rocket Fund, this season's light show is set to a medley of Elton John songs including “Step into Christmas,” “Cold Heart PNAU Remix,” “Your Song” and “Merry Christmas.”
And who better to celebrate the display's debut than Sir Elton John himself?
The iconic musician surprised the stylish crowd of revelers with an al fresco piano performance of "Your Song" in the middle of Fifth Avenue. If that's not the most fabulous way to ring in the holidays, we don't know what is!
