Brushstroke is the youngest Manhattan child of David Bouley. This venture dabbles in the art of Japanese cuisine, but takes it to new heights. They brought Black Truffle Chawan-mushi Egg Custard to the Taste of the Nation. If that name intimidates you into heading toward another table, you have truly missed out! The fusion of miso and truffle flavors blend together in a taste that makes all other Japanese food seem like take-out.
