Arguably the best stop on the culinary tour of Manhattan was Dirt Candy. What is Dirt Candy you might ask? The LES eatery is famous for making vegetables so delicious that the only appropriate name is candy. They served up a tomato tart with smoked feta for the event. There's no need to ask us to eat our vegetables again.
