Natalie Massenet, the founder of Net-a-Porter, was awarded for her intuitive ability to create something different: a site where users can browse through luxury fashion trends.
One of the most inspiration moments of the evening was when Massenet spoke about her office motto, BLESS:
"Be the best, Lead don't follow, Exceed expectations, Service: treat others the way you want to be treated and Smart and stylish."
As Massenet explained,
"[you] can't be stylish without being smart,"
and these two factors come hand in hand when it comes to fashion.
