Nothing upgrades a toast quite like salt on the rim, so it's no wonder Veronica Beard opted for margaritas when it came time to celebrate their exclusive new capsule collection with Shopbop. On Wednesday night, designers Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard joined Shopbop's fashion director Caroline Maguire to host a fabulous Mexican fete inspired by the collection (which itself boasts vintage Acapulco vibes).
Well-heeled guests and fans of the brand, including Zosia Mamet, Zani Gugelmann, Blair Eadie, and Natalie and Dylana Suarez, gathered for an intimate dinner at Bleecker Street favorite, Tacombi, for an evening of tacos, tequila, and tons of great style moments. From the fittingly colorful decor to the mismatched floral china, spring was truly in the air - and on the models, who subtly joined in the festivities while showing off the chic new pieces. Embroidered jeans, sequined military jackets, and breezy floral dresses (to take from beach to night) were among our favorites to see in action. And, seeing as they survived cups on cups of Mexican street corn, it seems they'll be perfect wardrobe additions to take you through spring and summer.
