Korean BBQ Short Ribs

How To Grill:
Korean BBQ Short Ribs Become a first class Korean chef with this easy short ribs recipe. In a bowl, stir together 3/4 cup of soy sauce, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 3/4 cup of water, 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 chopped green onions, and 1 tablespoon of Asian style sesame oil. Add 2 pounds of Korean style short ribs (beef chuck flanken) and marinade in a plastic bag for at least a few hours. Once again marinade time is optional, but the longer it marinades, the more flavor will sink into the meat. Grill on medium high until the meat is the perfect pink, should take about 6 minutes per side. Serve with white rice. [Photo via]
