With Daylight Savings cutting back our hours of daylight, and the return of black and gray as staples to our daily wardrobe - this time of year can get a bit depressing. Luckily, bundling-up this year needn't mean saying goodbye to the sunny colors of summer. In fact - the next few months should be anything but drab, thanks to a plethora of candy colored coats trending on this season's runways.

From double-breasted brights at Dolce & Gabanna, to Gucci’s teal and cobalt trenches and Diane von Furstenberg’s royal reds and blues - outerwear for 2011 looks more like a bag of Skittles than the typical sea of grays.
