Gucci opens first U.S. children's boutique
7. Gucci opened its first U.S. children's boutique on Fifth Avenue this week. It celebrated the opening of the upscale kid's shop by offering gold balloons to all customers. The store is catered for the children with mini-sized furniture and Gucci-branded teddy bears.
It sells grown-up looks for children including a $3,800 pink biker jacket. [NYdailynews]
