US Army Considers Manicure Regulations
The US Army is considering banning recruits to wear French manicures. Sergeant Major of the Army Raymond Chandler posted a message on Facebook yesterday stating his staff will be altering Army Grooming Standards over the next few months and wanted feedback as to whether French manicures should be allowed.
