Sit & Stay: The Dorade at All’Onda
One of the most buzzed about openings of the year, All’Onda is helmed by a trifecta of one notable chef (Chris Jaeckle of Ai Fiori) and two winning restaurateurs (Chris Cannon of Eleven Madison Park, and Jeffrey Chodorow of China Grill). But among the Japanese inspired, Venetian menu (yes you read that right) of pastas and fritters – their Dorade is light on bad fats & carbs, but not in taste. The rich flavor is owed to a gorgeous tomato olive tapenade and salsa verde that top the flakey fish itself.
