To kick off fashion week, Pantone, international authority of all things color-related, released its spring 2013 fashion color report. Some of the hottest designers of New York Fashion Week including Rachel Roy, Peter Som, and Tracy Reece gave Pantone an all-access pass to their sketches and swatches for the upcoming season. From that, they compiled a list of their top ten predictions for the 10 hottest new hues. Topping the list as the number one "it" color this year is "Monaco Blue." The darker, slightly grayed blue, is a far cry from last year's pick "Tango Tangerine." Here's a look at the garments rocking the runway in the trendiest new colors.
