Salvation Burger
The Spotted Pig's April Bloomfield is back at it with more sumptuous burgers. Now open at the Pod 51 Hotel, Salvation Burger is making meat cool again (if you're on the non-vegan end of the fashion person spectrum). Swing by for a first look at the digs and then dig in to a grass-fed beef patty complete with caramelized onions and Taleggio. Anywhere you can find a $25 burger, you can find some It-Girls.
