Details: Any black-tie masquerade party at the Guggenheim is sure to be one of the best parties of the year, but throw in an art piece performance by the world's biggest pop star and the result is a party that defines an entire season. Lady Gaga did not disappoint last night,  she closed out Fashion Week at the Guggenheim for the debut of the Stephen Klein-directed film for her new fragrance, Fame, and fashion's biggest stars came out for the event.  At the beginning of the evening, Lady Gaga could be found sleeping inside a giant perfume bottle, which was built in the center of the iconic museum. She also slipped inside the perfume bottle later on to get her head shaved by a man in a tuxedo. She work a sparkly shirt, a black skirt, and a red wig as she laid inside the bottle, and later took off her clothing. During the performance piece, Gaga played on an iPad and put on makeup. Any party of this scale is sure to be eventful, but with Gaga as the centerpiece, it's a requirement: in addition to getting her head shaved, Gaga also got a tattoo in front of the crowd. For all her little monsters, the event was also streamed live on Gaga's website. Lady Gaga, who arrived wearing a black lace Prabal Gurung gown, spoke to Access Hollywood about the party, saying,
"I wanted it to be very sexy, and, I also wanted it to be a little bit slutty. I wanted it to have that sort of danger of a really beautiful stripper. It's a fragrance for a woman that wants to be taken to bed, certainly."
