Why: Miu Miu premiered its latest short film in the
Women’s Tales series,
De Djess, at the River Club uptown. The A-list event was certainly glamorous (Maggie Gyllenhaal and Ashley Benson were in attendance), but also had an air of haunted-chic. With schoolgirl-esque Miu Miu models gliding around and disembodied gowns floating mid-air, we must admit, it was a quite otherworldly experience.
