Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne
First things first, you need to know who they are. Both designers were born and raised in New York, attended public schools in the city and felt so influenced by that, to the point of getting interested in fashion due to the different kinds of outfits you could find in those schools they attended. Osborne once said "At public school here, you could tell who groups of students were by what they wore."
