Rebecca Minkoff has definitely mastered the art of pulling off a laidback-chic look, which she did at Glamour.com and Tumblr's summer celebration presented by Diet Coke last night. She opted for a sheer, Western-inspired blouse and skinny, grey jeans, but managed to dress the casual pieces up with a statement bag and shoes.
