Jessica Blair Ashner went for a decidedly summertime vibe at last night's opening of Garson Yu’s T.I.N.Y exhibit at Pier 57. She balanced out her laidback, tied-up tank with a flattering, printed midi skirt, and finished off the look with an unexpected pop of blue in her textured leather clutch.
