Known for his, shall we say, diverse taste in muses, Karl Lagerfeld has been inspired by the likes of Diane Kruger, Lily Allen, Beth Ditto, and most recently, a pampered white kitty named Choupette.
One of our favorite of the many unexpected faces of Chanel has got to be the punky, half-shaven head heiress, musician, and model Alice Dellal. The pierced and inked Brit was hand selected by the maestro of Coco's house himself to represent the new Boy Chanel handbag line, after he developed a "crush" on her during a previous photoshoot.
According to the designer, Dellal
"represents the perfect incarnation of all that is unique about the Boy Chanel handbag collection, which strives [to be] far from conformist notions of femininity."
