Last night, the Real Housewives of New York City co-stars Jill Zarin, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, and Luann de Lesseps hosted People Reaching Out’s Friends Helping Friends benefit for Creaky Joints at Hudson Terrace in New York City. People Reaching Out’s Executive Director Christina DeSimone welcomed over 250 guests including Sharon Bush, New York Times bestselling author and attorney Mark W. Smith, Lady Boss Entertainment CEO Lydia Harris, former Yankees great Paul O’Neill and Wendy Diamond who enjoyed a roof-top buffet by Elegant Affairs and music by DJ NTS and The Unexpected Boys quartet.

Devorah Rose, Zang Toi (who designed Jill’s dress), Heidi Albertson and Hudson Terrace owners Michael Sinensky and Sean McGarr placed bids on the 100 auction items up for grabs including a Tiret watch, an Exclusive Resorts getaway and a private photo session with Gilles Bensimon. Zarin Fabrics donated a gift bag for the event valued at over $700.

Jill Zarin’s teenage daughter Allyson and stepson Jonathan both suffer from arthritis, which made this charity event especially meaningful to Jill and her husband Bobby Zarin. People Reaching Out’s mission is to raise and distribute critically needed funds to lesser-known charitable groups in New York City, the greater United States, and increasingly, internationally.
