2013 was quite the year for Kim Kardashian, who got engaged, became a mother, and—
the biggest feat of them all—seems to have finally won over the world of fashion. Thanks to some styling tips she may have picked up from Kanye, Kim snagged the haute hearts of Carine Roitfeld and Karl Lagerfeld, working with them on the cover shoot for Carine's biannual bible,
CR Fashion Book. The former Editor of
Vogue Paris even compared the reality star to Hollywood's original glamour gal, stating,
"She’s controversial, but so was Marilyn Monroe and I always like controversial people."
