Vênsette, the premier on-demand hair-and-makeup service founded by its CEO, Lauren Remington Platt. “My hair inspiration is 1920s Shanghai. My ancestors are from Shanghai, so that's meaningful for me. It’s one of the most beautiful periods in China. This hairstyle sort of goes with any Chinese gown.” Veronica’s hair was curled, set with pins, and sprayed with hairspray; her hair stylist removed the pins right before the event.
