Bistro Truck
Owner Yassir Z. Raouli uses his Moroccan heritage to influence the flavors at the Bistro Truck. Seafood pastille, lamb Marrakech and couscous are a few options served, with daily soups and specials. The truck stops at various locations around the city, like Midtown, Soho and Wall Street. If you have a little more time on your hands, then stop by their new restaurant, Rustic, in the Lower East Side.
