Crunchy ramen buns + delicious burger with a secret sauce = one of the greatest food inventions to date. People were swept off their feet when the Ramen Burger made its way to Smorgasaburg this summer. The Japanese-American mashup was created by Keizo Shimamot who has been working on a ramen blog since 2009.
