We love Ramen! From
Ippudo Ramen to
Momofuku, we've watched this Japanese street food transform into a culinary work of art. Though there are many forms of ramen, the most common soup is made in a pork based broth and topped with a seasoned boiled egg, scallions, seaweed, narutomaki and bamboo shoots.
