Skip sunday brunch and head over to Chinatown this upcoming Sunday (February 19) for a block party dedicated to Chinese, Jewish and Puerto Rican cuisine and culture. From 12 PM to 4 PM you can gorge on kosher egg rolls and other treats. Now in it's 17th year, this is your one chance to take in the festivities until next summer.
