The Founders
The founders of Brandless are serial entrepreneurs Tina Sharkey and Ido Leffler. Sharkey is known for co-founding iVillage, the online media company for women and for her presidency at parenting and pregnancy site, BabyCenter. Recently, Sharkey became CEO of Sherpa Foundry, a company that helps digitalize older non-tech companies. Leffler, Sharkey's counterpart, is quite reputable in the product production realm. As co-founder of skin-care company Yes To and chairman of school-supplies firm Yoobi, Leffer was a perfect counterpart to Sharkey's online experience. The pair met in Mill Valley California and had similar interests in creating a brand that would re-invent the consumer products industry.
