Soup, ice-cream, mochi balls, jellies, and a carmelized cookie may seem to be a sorely combination, but our mothers always told us - if you don't step out of your comfort zone, you will miss out on a whole lot of good. And trust us, she was right. The Zenzai at Cha An Japanese tea house is out of this world. This traditional Japanese desert dish is made with a matcha soup at the base, topped with mochi, sake ice-cream (yes please!), azuki bean jelles, and a crunchy black sesame tuile. Is your mouth watering yet?
