I had my first taste of the Dan Dan Noodles at Flip Sigi this year, and was immediately hooked. It's a unique Filipino take on a traditional Sichuan dish, featuring chewy ramen noodles coated in a spicy, sweet, and savory sesame-chili sauce with ground pork and beef - and the perfect fried egg on top. Plus, it makes for a killer #liftingnoodles shot.
