Butter and Scotch is a unique dessert and cocktail bar located in Brooklyn. They also sell their delicious pies at Smorgasburg and Whole Foods, among other places in NYC. The signature S'mores Pie ($6 a slice, $38 a pie) has a graham cracker crust with a milk chocolate custard filling and a crème brûlée- style marshmallow layer. Butter and Scotch also features Pie Shakes for $12, where your choice of pie and ice cream can be blended into a yummy milkshake.
