This scoop shop is defying the ice cream norms with its weird and wacky flavors. Chef Sam Mason was inspired to create his Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavor after tasting a similar ice cream on a visit to Spain. The ice cream has a unique taste and texture, and pairs well with other flavors and citrus-y sorbets. Also check out some other funky flavors like Purple Rice, Foie Gras, Scallion, Black Pepper, or Tobacco/Smoked Chili/Huckleberry – just to name a few. For those less adventurous, don’t fret - they have regular flavors too!
