Like Irish car bombs?  What about an Irish car bomb cupcake?  Prohibition, a self-described "boozy bakery," ingeniously incorporates real alcohol into their cupcakes, creating such wild flavors as Scotch & Cigar, White Russian, Mulled Wine, and Pretzels & Beer, which combines pale ale, pretzels, and nutella to create a surprisingly delicious treat. A collaboration between classically trained chef Brooke Siem and "lifelong baker and long-time bartender" Leslie Feinberg, these friends have created a sweet new way for New Yorkers to get tipsy.
