Lets start with one of my favorite burgers in NYC: Black Tap. Not even open for one year, they have taken NYC by storm with their amazing list of not only delicious, but super unique burgers. They also dont mess around with brunch, offering a whole brunch menu with different burgers, salads, and cocktails, with the standout being the The Croissant Burger. Yes, they actually put the burger on a perfectly buttery, crusty croissant. The burger is also topped with bacon, swiss cheese, a fried egg, and a truffle mayo.
