Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles
Since opening in 2005 as a small bubble tea shop in Flushing, this cult-favorite noodle shop has spawned four other locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and diners can't seem to get enough of the flavor-packed Xi'an cuisine. One of our favorite dishes is the Spicy Cumin Lamb Noodles, a bowl of thick, supple noodles with tender chunks of lamb swimming in a deliciously spicy and complex red chili oil. And at only $7.25, it is probably one of the most addictive bowl of noodles in the city.
