Dan Dan Noodles is a traditional chinese dish from the Szechuan region, and it explodes with flavor. To get the most authentic version, had to Han Dynasty, where the noodles are hand made and slathered in a a spicy chili oil, Szechuan peppercorns and minced pork. The bowl is satisfyingly heat-inducing, perfect for this chilly weather.
