No Freezing!

I don't care how much caviar you have leftover from your party - Do. Not. Freeze. It. 

If you freeze caviar, it will get mushy and gross.

An unopened can of fresh caviar can stay good for up to 6 weeks when refrigerated. Once you've popped that tin though you've got pretty much only 5 days to consume it.

Plop a dollop the next morning on your eggs, sneak some spoonfuls for snacks throughout the day, and dump the rest on a baked potato for dinner!
