An Elit Martini
It may be Father's Day but it also turns out to be Martini Day. There is no better way to end the day than a classic Martini. Want to make something special? Try mixing him a "Spring Thyme."

2 oz. elit Vodka
.75 oz Sage Infused Dolin Dry Vermouth*
2 dashes of celery bitters
In a mixing glass add all ingredients and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a small sprig of thyme and sage attached to a mini clothespin. Express oils from a small piece of lemon over cocktail and discard.
