What: A star-studded opening gala in the space, hosted by celeb chef Scott Conant and catered as per usual by James Beard-award winning chefs and huge names like Einat Admony (Balaboosta, Bar Bolonat, Taim); Alex Raij (El Quinto Pino, Txikito, La Vara) Mark Ladner; (Del Posto; James Beard Award for best chef in NY) etc. Each chef's course will encompass one of the essential flavors; Sour, Sweet, Salty, Umami, and Dave Arnold, MOFAD's Founder & Booker & Dax alum, will be making drinks that represent BITTER!
